The possible CTD problem in communtiy campaigns
I've tested this addon for a year and a half so realized that it would cause crashing to desktop while playing many community campaigns. If you encounter any CTD problem and install this addon as well, please disable it a few weeks and observe whether your game still crashes to desktop without warning.

yes i ave this sane propblem its s hame becuse i love this addon but custom maps hate blood textures

As you said, to delete blood textures, repack the rest of files into VPK and continue to use. It wouldn't crash my game anymore in community maps.
