[Bug] Cannot Grow - Temperature range (Smart sowing setting) 0 Growth
When you set sowing to smart, and the game determines that the plant cannot survive if it's planted NOW, it will not just not sow, but everything in the associated field will just stop growing altogether, even if the temperature allows it. As soon as the game things that the plant might die before harvest with this setting, plant growth is just set to 0.

Mind you, this only seems to happen with the "Smart" setting, forced and On work normally.

So that's what's happening to my fields. Wondered why I couldn't even force work sowing with Achtung, and now I know why.

This also happens if you set the sow setting to "Off"—it sets the growth rate to 0%.

For Smart, this also affects plants in greenhouses. You can have a warm greenhouse with a sunlamp, but if the outside conditions (e.g. cold, overcast) would prevent growth, the growth rate in the greenhouse will be set to 0% under the Smart setting.

I thought this was an issue with irrigation since my plants growth was zero only on fields being irrigated - however those were also the only fields with crops set to smart...

I can confirm, just found out by myself, if I set it to off, the growth goes down to 0, I need to set it on (even if not smart) to be able to grow again.. that is super weird...

This bug still hasn't been fixed. The outside temperature was 69°F (21°C), but when I set the potato growing zone to "Off" it showed bad temperature and the growth dropped to 0%. When I allowed sowing again, the growth returned to 100%.
