BUG REPORTS/KNOWN BUGS
WHEN REPORTING A BUG:
  1. What were you doing when the bug occurred? Are you able to reproduce it?
  2. Did you have other mods enabled? If yes, does the bug still occur without them? (Mod compatibility is not guaranteed)
  3. If the entire game crashed, then provide your client logs, server logs, or a screenshot of the crash error. If you do not provide your log file, I cannot help you.
Client Log:
Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/client_log.txt
Server Logs:
Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/master_server_log.txt
Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/caves_server_log.txt

Either search through the logs until you find the error or crash, or upload the log files/screenshot to a site like pastebin.com or imgur.com and I will look through them. If you don't know which log to provide, then provide all three.


KNOWN BUGS:
  • When loading into the game while insane, the downwards arrow will not display on the Health badge (fix:investigating)
  • Certain animations may not display correctly when lag compensation is enabled. Example: Mythril Saber's Blade Beam may cause Cloud to raise his sword for a longer than normal amount of time. (fix: disable lag compensation lol)
  • When first spawned, the Buster Sword may be using the wrong skin. (temp fix: click on the item in your inventory and it will switch to the correct skin. permanent fix: investigating)

    Hello, I'd like to report that when Cloud's limit gauge reaches 100%, he didn’t get the bonus of defensive aura.
    Cloud's teammates still take 18 damage when they attacked by a spider,

    And thank you very much for your well-crafted Cloud mod!

    @红魔の呆芙兰 You are correct, the increased defensive aura is not being applied correctly.
    Thank you for reporting ^^ I will update the mod with a fix tomorrow.

    whoops just realised i documented that stuff in the comments when this exists oops

    i'll document it here too because this is probably where it should go

    i've started up a world twice so far while using the advent children skins for the buster sword and cloud, and had a lua error both times by trying to block, and just trying to cancel blocking, and I will do some looking into a bit more if it's just mod incompatibility or not, though i wouldn't think that'd be the case, unless the inventory tweaks mod i have messes with it somehow, the only real edits i have are to items and inventories that i wouldn't think would affect cloud, alongside a couple other character mods for my brother and i to try out later down the line, which also do so little i wouldn't think they'd cause problems with cloud

    if i need to do some more proper looking into it later though i will i'm just particularly tired right now lmao

    Hi there, I can't reproduce this based on your description alone. Can you please provide your crash logs so I can take a closer look? Instructions on accessing them are at the top of this discussion post.
    As I am unable to reproduce it on my end, I am assuming this is a mod conflict. It is possible that I can still fix it on my end, but I can't guarantee without seeing the crash log. If one of your mods is changing code that is required for Cloud's block ability to function, then there's not much I can do.

    i just woke up and tested it, and it all suddenly works fine.

    which now has me wondering if it's a multiplayer issue because the only thing that's changed at all between the last time i tried and now is that i'm not playing with my brother, it's the exact same world

    it's also possible my computer is so bad it somehow managed to affect the game but i'll leave that theory until i test a bit more trying to replicate this now that i know it works just fine when i'm on my own

    i also just tested it in multiplayer and it once again works fine

    i think restarting my pc overnight just fixed the issue, somehow???

    Hello, I crafted the item called "light in the Darkness," but it doesn't let me equip it or have an icon on it. I also crafted the black materia, but Idk how it works am I supposed to combine both or is this a bug

    @Necromancer122 This mod doesn't have an item called "light in the darkness". The only items that create light are Mako Shards (which don't have a crafting recipe) or Materia. Is this perhaps a part of a different mod?

    The Black Materia's exact usage is a secret, but it can trigger something if you keep it in your inventory.

    Ok, so I was able to trigger the event, but can it be triggered again. Mid-way through the event I think something hit me and I dropped the materia and wasn't able to finish the event.

    @Necromancer122 The event will continue even if the materia is dropped. Only it initially being in your inventory is required.
    The materia is dropped and destroyed if you get hit to prevent you from triggering the event again (unless you manage to do a nohit lol).

    thank you I just did the event and got an item does the item need the black materia to give it special effects or does it not have any.
