how to change titan tv mans face (for people who don't know how to)
first have your tool gun on advance Bonemerge tool
then right click on him
then look for philip_cineos
right click philip_cineos
then look for utilities then skins then you can change them

if you have some feedback please tell me :D (ps I saw two people that said that all they see it static I don't know what it is or anything sorry for not being able to help you with that)

I will add images when I know how to

for me when i use the advanced bonemerge tool on him and right click it doesnt show anything up except for like a uh thing called "static" or something

all i see is plate when i right click on uttvm it says plate on every single bonemerged dupe
