I have a large cargo container labled to pull components without restriction. It pulls from anywhere in my station but not from my small grinding ship. Both are powered and locked via connector. I own everything in both. I have reset ownership multiple times to see and nope. And yes I can manually put stuff in the container, so there is a connection just it doesn't pull. And yes the large cargo container has space.
