Missing models include all the children of the various races, a bunch of skeleton models and various other models

Then either you messed up something in the install, or you had an issue with a faulty download.

Easiest way to solve this is to unsubscribe to all mods included in this collection, resub and let them download, and try again.

That is a Steam issue, there is nothing I can do to avoid that.
