By "your base" and "your outside crew", you mean that you have two teams, one going out exploring and another one at your base?
That eats a LOT of ressources, and swapping from one group to another forces the game to load both zones constantly, that is the recipe for constant crashes!
Also depends on your hardware of course, you'll probably crash more with lower Ram and Vram, but even with all the Ram and Vram in the world you'll still crash swapping between two teams.
That's more an engine limitation than anything else, it has already been pushed far beyond its limits.
Yes, i have 2 teams, i cannot explain my self better cause english not my main language, thanks for your explanation and always your Quick response, il try to stay just with one team and not swapping between two teams, because i was doing that in a fast way without concerning. Thanks again and appreciate your patience.
If you take all your guys away exploring, then your base will be unloaded from memory. You can't attack or loot an unloaded base ;)
