Had the same Problem. The Mods "Biome Edits" and the one adding Crab Town seem not to be compatible atm. If you can do without Biome Edits in favour of being able to visit crab town region, start kenshi launcher but not yet the game, in Mods section search for "Biome Edits" and "Biome Edits - Vanilla Aesthetic Patch" and deactivate them. In my modlauncher list both were near the lists end placed so maybe try to search the list from down below. Modlauncher will kick you back at the top of the list so scroll down again to see if you unchecked both. Dont forget to press the save config button in bottom left corner of the launcher. Now you should be ready to explore crab territory without crashing.
