The two others are mainly linked to UWE 2.0 that got released, some mods aren't compatible anymore or require new/updated patches.
Next update will solve the crash issue and have better UWE 2.0 compatibility, tommorow or tonight probably.
Usually, when you have error messages about missing things on the character creation screen, that means that one of your mods had a faulty download.
Sometimes restarting Steam is enough, sometimes you'll have to unsubscribe/resub to the collection.
I have an issue with turrets on my base hitting for 0 ?
can you verify this for me please ?
NCE is included in this pack (the "NCE - Collection Pack" ) and is known to heavily reduce turret damage if you have enough armor layers, and of course that also works for your foes.
I'll test this as soon as I can, but it seems more of a feature than a bug ^^
Edit: I can confirm that NPCs turrets can do damage, depending on where they hit, and that they can end up doing 0 damage if they hit an armored part of the body.
You should see two damage numbers, looking like " 0 (-15) " for example. Here it means that 15 damage were blocked by armor and that 0 damage total have been inflicted. Is that the case?
If not, could you provide a save, a screenshot, or both?

Especially that part : "Since it's only the crossbows and not harpoon turrets having issues, I deleted the two crossbow improvement techs from my test save so they are 'unresearched'. This seems to have fixed the problem, with my crossbow turrets now working correctly. On the kenshi wiki there is a known bug with the composite runners tech, not sure if this is the cause of the problem or not. I tested with just the strings upgrade tech and there were no issues, so it seems to be the runners tech causing problems."
The issue is also present in one of the original collection merged here. We either have to wait for a fix from UWE's team, from Anrhaa or it seems you can remove parts of the gates using the Debug mode allowing you to get through as a workaround for now.
