Just tried it and no issues here.
Usually, that means some mods had a faulty download.
You can try restarting Steam to see if it downloads more, or unsub then resub to the collection.
I'm also getting this error with a fresh install. It seems to be the hive races.
Just tried it again, and still no issues here.
As I said, that usually comes from a faulty download, especially on a fresh install. It could also be a mod that updated and messed things up, so I still check just to be sure, but that is not the case at the moment.
Nothing I can do to solve this, it's a Steam issue.
Again, restarting Steam might restart the faulty download, but if it doesn't you'll have to redownload the collection.
If that was an issue with the collection itself, then everyone would encounter the issue at all times, and again that is not the case here.
It's a faulty download, the only way to solve it is to redownload the faulty mod, and unless you know exactly which mod it is, the easiest way is to redownload the whole collection.
