He was made up, Completely.

The only real one no one knows how was made was golden freddy, not even the creator of the game, Scott (Talking bout five nights at freddy's), knows how golden freddy was created.

Sparky was confirmed fake back in September
He was a photoshopped Animatronic dog with a missing right-arm and a missing left hand...
He first started out as a viral screenshot from Five Nights at Freddy's with him peaking in the door way of the Backstage

Somebody comfirmed it was fake!
He can not be made
unless somebody can model an Animatronic like I6NIS
