I managed to complete this mod and get pass the credenza bug by unchecking mods until the credenza works complete the mod mission then recheck the mods I turned off so I keep my mods and get the rewards to this mod.

Be warned there are side effects to this.

You keep your keypages and cards as long as you say no don't delete missing key pages once you uncheck your mods and press continue on the home page. However your modded key pages and cards will be unequipped once you recheck your mods. So you will have to reapply key page perks if they are form mods. Also some combat cards will also be deleted if you do not have enough of them when you uncheck then recheck your mods.
