It'd be better as a Wanga Prick reskin, stat-wise. Can't disguise.
Still a silent killer, but instead of vanishing, the victim leaves behind a skeleton corpse. Similar to the Spy-cicle's ice corpses.

It's like you've stolen their skin and are now wearing it as a disguise.
