The "Maximum units per squad" slider moves with the "NPC Accuracy" slider, and vice versa. Is this supposed to happen?

the metropolice kinda just act weird, like when i spawn them in and after that the citizens they work fine but when i spawn them in after spawning citizens they just start blasting, and also most just only use the stunstick and nothing else.
i have an addon that does modify their ai however called "realistic combine ai modified", does this have anything to do with it?

It's possible, consider removing other addons before commenting.

Realistic combine ai is not compatible with almost any ai mod, so delete that or delete this

spawning more than 3 combine soldiers lags my game to hell, no script errors and no other mods that change combine AI
