how do I set my shadow settings to high without using the options menu?
So, I use a laptop. Seemingly, and I've only seen this on laptops, the high shadow quality setting is just not there in the options. Are there commands (Either launch options of in-game console) that i can use to set a comparable setting (especially to get those crispy shadows from dynamic lights). I noticed this was the suggested setting for this so I decided to put this here.

If there's no setting your graphics card probably doesn't support it
