PZK vehicles

Small compatibility patch is needed for pzk fuel tank trucks. Can fill from a pump at no cost using their seperate system. I enabled the third party patch and doesn't seem to work for this one.

Hi @Cyrisa. I will have a look at the PZK Vehicles mod to see "what is what".

I have added the compatibility code for PZK Vanilla vehicles so it now costs a fortune to fill a tanker truck
