hmmmm, doesn't look like anything would cause issues. try un-subbing and re-subbing. Then can also check the file location at

'\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\3193657751\heroes\plague_doctor

I tried unsubbing/resubbing and also tried different load orders but the problem persists.
Everything seems fine in the file location.
The tooltips show but the ability icon and animation of magnesium rain don't.

Could it be due to having too many class mods?
