It reminds me a lot of "The Clown" in Dead By Daylight, is it a reference?

i do understand you made this post nearly a month ago, but this set was made nearly 4 years before that dlc ever released
i'm also still shocked this set hasn't made it into tf2 yet

Oh, okay nevermind then. I didn't know that it was released 4 years ago. And yeah, I don't get it too, but you know Valve... :/
