I don't know if I was tweaking or I'm doing something wrong but I spawned in a Random Sorcerer and they had this option when I right clicked on their head and scrolled down that said like change strength but I didn't use it because I didn't need it at the time so I deleted that NPC played some more and spawned in another and it wouldn't show the change strength option so I thought it was RNG like how some of the powers are so I spawned in like a thousand of the sorcerers and it still won't show up I've even checked every character to see if it was some power too but nothing does anybody know how?
