If you are loading a custom map into Black ops 3, ensure you wait for it to finish loading usermap mods. You will see the dark forest animation play when you select a custom map. When it is finished loading, you may see a black or white image where the map preview image should display. After loading the map you want, make sure you click on your map list and select it a second time. The correct image for the map preview should properly display and fix your issue when you boot up the map.

theres a bug which if you die then respawn you can't buy any guns/mystery box
