But where's the second key?

It's in a room close to the Terrence trap hallway, on a table surrounded by chairs. On the second floor elevation.

Both keys are located near the red corridor Terrance leads you through by opening doors (one is located in a small office across a catwalk from the stairs near the end of the sequence)

and the other is located on the table visible from the room with the sofas at the start (although this can only be accessed by a door to the right of the chairs after backtracking at the end of this sequence)

I like to think Terrance lead us here to help us find the keys and escape
