While walking through the rooms, you may come across a house (yes, a house inside a building). There was nothing like that in it, but I'm talking about it so that we just know the context. So, approximately next to the spawn, on the second floor you can find a "conference room". At first it will seem like a dead end to you until you decide to go back. Upon reaching the entrance room, a black figure will look out from around the corner in the corridor for a second, and the windows in the room will turn black. Going into that corridor, around the corner you will find a black hand-drawn figure (apparently the one that was looking out), but it will be more interesting when you go further down the corridor. Along the way, you will hear a strange noise, similar to something made of stone, after which you will come across a window through which the roof of that house is visible, and there will be something on the roof... In the list of props, it is called a "mimic". And that something will be looking at you. Before that, this thing was lying near a large window facing the street, with the inscription "We Deserve This". Moreover, going even further, there will also be a window around the corner, and you can hear this thing turning its neck to look at you again. After leaving the corridor, you need to go up the stairs. So you will find yourself on a flight over that house, without this "mimic". Near the closed door there will be a bunch of keys that open one of the doors to the "exit".

Oh, also, at some moment I heard a human screaming. It was quiet, but you can definitely hear a scream with a groan. It's was somewhere on low level, in brown halls.

Yeah also, if u are attentive, the mimic disappears really early on from his room.
The room right after the mimic encounter you get a glimpse of something running the hallways if you look through the windows in the computer room.

i was walking around and then kicked open a door next to the "do you like pink" grafitti and there was just a png of some creature behind it, i don't know if it made a noise because my headphones are broken, but he spooked me a little bit, did absolutely nothing when i shot or interacted with him

Walked past a window down a hallway, saw a fast zombie crawl across the wall which spooked the ♥♥♥♥ out of me.

I hope someone can find the models for the monsters that show up, especially that one hallway jump scare.

That would be awesome. From what I saw, the creature is reminiscent of the ink monsters from Bendy the Ink Machine.

The guy in the red hallway is Terrance. Terrance also appears at the beginning behind you, when you go around the corner. (He closes the starting door.)

So, I found the second keys to the exit - in the conference room itself, on the table. You can take them after taking the keys above the house.

Okay, so, I managed to decompile the map and looked at the exit location. There, as I thought when the previous map was released, there was a map changing trigger, however, unlike the last map "vp_voidmall", there was a name of the next map of this series - "vp_whitecomplex" . The older map, "gm_voidplaces", also have a trigger to change a map to this map "vp_pinkplace".
(If author of maps will be unhappy for a fact, what I went into maps files, I will delete this comment)

how are you supposed to enter the inno section? i really miss her
anyway, here are my findings:
-theres a mysterious door near a "do you like pink?" spot, couldnt ever get it to open, mightve missed an item or something, leads to some sort of hallway with pink sand???
-there is also another door i couldnt get to open in the brown hall of the basement floor (which is somewhere under the house), it apparently leads to some sort of backrooms-esque room? seemed like a map change trigger to me
-the tv in the house just suddenly turned on for some reason, and like in voidplaces you can turn it off
-you encounter the white monster picture from voidplaces right before encountering the mimic, which seems to imply that its the thing in the picture
-lastly, there were about 4 graffiti i could find around the map (excluding innos room, writings, and the sun room), one of them seems to be of the person whos been writing in pink
