Vehicles, weapons, addons, qol tweaks, etc etc...
The main problem with creating such subcategories is that not all modders tag mods, so searching by tag is a bad option.
There is an option to search by name - again, not every mod name (or mod description) has a word that characterizes what adds this mod.
The ideal solution would be to look directly at the mod files and determine what it adds (here you could already determine whether there are files with models or maps, scripts for weapons or and so on), but in the project zomboid using lua is not possible to work directly with mod files.
That's why I could only select these categories.
The good news is that, as far as I understand, in the long-awaited build 42 the developers of the game will add their own autosorting for mods.
(with sorting rules i mean telling the sorting algorithm to always place some mods at the start of their respective categories or behind a specific mod)
Really need it to use the 120 map pack https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2968702010 in single player.
Thank you.
It's theoretically possible. I will try to learn how it works in nexus mod manager.
It's hard to visualize how it should work...
Do you mean to fix a mod on a particular position (for example, that it would be loaded 10th in order)?
or do you mean that it would be pinned relative to other mods, like sorting rules, where all mods above should load earlier (no matter what order), and mods below should be loaded later?
