This ones a given, but if you dodge an attack correctly with [MISS], then the words [MISS] should float upwards
lower the particles a little, or at least in the preview for the next move make them transparent or something, some moves makes it impossible to see your next move due to the particles

an ultimate one shot attack that can only be unlocked at the max amount of meter and a special meter that looks at how much LOVE you have and then when you hit your opponent it will go in a cutscene and it will do what chara did with all the nines and then you level up to 20

The moves are so cool, but the meter gain and the amount of meter these moves drain makes the character feel like bank of america. I'd love to be able to enjoy more of their kit, so I'd really like if the meter gain was increased and/or the meter cost for the skills (the save skills specifically, as they're the ones I think should definitely be used more) to allow for more consistent fun gameplay. I was able to force save one time during an entire fight and spent the entire game investing super meter to that point, and from there I could only save once more. I feel that that only leaves me with melee which can get bland if it's all i'm doing.

add some more air moves that boasts the enemies upward for in air combos

when you kill a bonehead, the level up screen should appear above animosity.
To much damage during combos, you dont have time to build enough DI to scape a combo before losing half your hp, reduce the amount of damage during combos
(combo scaling, as the combo goes on with a cap, this is done in most mods i have installed and it works really well, high damage moves with a big risk like slice and dice usually only deal 30% of the total damage once the combo starts even if it is the 2nd hit of the combo, regular moves usually go from 100%> 90%>70%>....50% basically if a move goes above the narrow part of hp it gets a 50-30% damage reduction inmidiately after the combo start, if it doesnt deal that much 100%> 90%>70%>....50%.
Not much tweaking is needed to the moves themshelfs only adding damage scaling to the combos
