Very rarely, but if you spawn alot of male scientists, sometimes they spawn with their hands and head purple and black missing texture - I'd say about 1/100 scientists do it...

I'm pretty sure its this addon that causes hl2 and default black mesa characters to have their anims replaced with Blue Shift's
