I will be posting them one at a time. First up, Balloon Boy. If you are doing asking me this to see the models, the videos will only show placeholder such as metal blocks, the models won't be here for awhile.

He does follow you, then stops moving when he disables all the flashlights. It isn't a radius, he just disables all flashlights.
