They dont move
when i are in the normal sandbox maps that everyone have, they runing after me like normal, but when i are in a different map i have downloaded they dont move. when i hit the they do the running animation but not going anywhere. i can hear the walking sound too. what is going on?

you have to make a nav file, simply open up the console while you are on the map and type: nav_generate -> depending on the current map, this may take a while.
then enter nav_save to save it to a file.

I'm looking for a method to change this, but until I create one, this is the requirement. Sorrry.

Have you tryed this? Open the consle, type 'nav_generate' and you will get them running.
