New part: one-way connector
Hi! I just added a new part to test the idea: a one-way connector/substation hybrid.
Acts like cable, but in one direction only, and additionally can power parts and drain capacitors and reactors.
Please comment here is this should stay!

Absolutely necessary. Please let it input power as well directly into stuff. It works sometimes but not always. The engine room in particular does not work with an "in" connector like so:

I beg to differ. Engine room is powered (4 lights are on, no red power icon), it is missing crew.
However, due to bug engine room will NOT distribute power to engines, I have an issue[github.com] created to track this.
