You can just look through the mod files (i suggest only doing that after playing with the mod for a bit if you don't wanna spoil what's in it, that and this mod currently doesn't override anything)

Late answer, but my team just run into Sakharov and it was catastrophic encounter. I didn't knew I need a lot of halo. for psy-pills. I've managed to fight off psy-radiation, but the crew were already 60% into affliction. Given that we've used NT it was non stop vomit with 100% alkalosis

You can, but not without cheating (yet, maybe), there's a separate wearable version only available in the editor or via commands.
