I am attempting a play through with a friend and got this working for me, but when buildings spawn they only spawn around me. My friend is 23Km away and nothing will spawn more than like 10km from me.

Also do the scrap heaps spawn randomly after typing in the /MES.SPI CMD? Or do I need to type that every time I want to do a run?
