tax inefficiency
I noticed in the weekly budget statement that there is a Tax Inefficiency item. So far, this has never bothered me much. The loss was always small, so I could do without it.
What bothered in the last statement: -9000 denars tax inefficiency!

That's not funny anymore. This is a lot of cash. The loss brought me to +-0 denarii. My army is tiny, even more so the crews of my cities (I count on arriving in time), and still I have to be satisfied with that little bit?

Do you know where the inefficiency comes from - or rather how I can eliminate it or (because it probably won't be possible otherwise) reduce it?
I have read that I can change some value in the presentations.txt file to reduce or eliminate the effect of the control inefficiency.

Can you tell me which one exactly ?

With kind regards rolli

I have noticed in games I have started recently, the tax inefficiency is much less than in the past. If you have a realm, you speak to your chancellor to adjust the culture of the realm. Increasing centralization decreases tax inefficiency, but can cause diplomatic negatives with your nobles on a weekly basis. You can offset the diplomatic drain, but granting the nobles more authority in another category of your culture.

It also seems having a party member with a higher trade skill lowers tax inefficiency. Could be wrong, but the % of revenues lost did seem to go down as I gained companions with higher trade skills.
