Perisno armor you mean the one that Ruined Perisno Knight is using? i don't know XD maybe there's a chance that will drop from them or maybe in the town that you're owning but you need a Perisno culture.

If you start a faction and change it's culture to Perisnoan then you will find Perisnoan items in the markets ofany of the cities you conquer and those which you start with.

I don't think that Perisnoan runed armor and Perisnoan twilight armor spawn in the however. You can find the runed armor as a drop from Nox, and the twilight armor from the Mystic Merchant and I believe the Elintoran armor merchants

but one thing i can confirmed to you that there's a Perisno Ruined Armor Dwarf size selling in the Karnoth and another town i forgot it name i bought it once it's a Lordly Perisno Ruined Armor Dwarf size that thing make me poor as ♥♥♥♥ after i bought it and all of my troops are deserted because of it lol.
