Third Legion Quest impossible for races other than Humans?
I'm not sure that the quest line is even possible to start, since you need to wear some third legion armor to sneak in, and if you aren't a human, you simply cant. Is there some other armor you can wear, or some other way to start it?

I dont want to resort to cheats, as the only other way it to increase my relations, but at this point, its impossible to increase it from -80 to something positive

I's not impossible, it's just a little longer. If you stalk Third Legion armies and assist them in battles, you will eventually gain enough relations to just walk in.
