STATS
i think:
Cloak type: Feign death
Pros:
Reduces initial damage and subsequent damage received to a fraction (1/10) and cloak does not flicker when bumping into an enemy, but only for the standard cloak duration. Prolonging the cloak will turn it into a standard invisibility.
slows who a enemy spy when cloaked
Cons:
Has a loud, distinctive decloak sound.
Cloak meter can not be refilled by ammo sources.

im have a idea 25 less cloack 10 max hp on a shot touch you you dont are long cloacked for 5 seconds on cloacked and touch a enemy the enemy recive 10 damage

Cons: while active life returned ammunition
to attack the second time loses feign

just make it a dead ringer reskin and make the sound like T.V static

But if we do stats:
cloak type: regular
+40% cloak duration
+20% more damage taken while cloaked
when bumped, dont flicker
+30% more speed when cloaked
Cannot disguise when cloaked
