So, basically it has a chance to strike thrice an enemy. The damage has a range between x0.98 to 1.1 of the basic gun damage. I guess it is affected by crit chance so it is too has a chance of doubling damage (gamble within a gamble). It's decent for gunners, I think (I was too searching for any info for my friend)

I got it in my world too. But I don't remember where I got it from. I wanna get it on a second world as well but now I don't know where to search for it. Do you know where you got the item from?

I just got one from a meteor head on my ranger playthrough, i'm assuming a random chance to drop from anything if using a ranged weapon.
