What does Scales of Horror do?
For the life of me i cannot figure it out. It doesnt seem to increase super or do damage, so what is it?

it's a counter, when someone hits you while you're using it, you teleport behind them.

It dodges any attack which isn't a grab or a frame 4 or less.

So does Deo not have a hustle? I though the "scales of horror" was his hustle.

He doesn't. Deo's design is almost entirely based on DIO from the old fighting game JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage For The Future, though some modifications and additions were made to make him fit better into YOMIH. I suspect he may get a hustle in the future, but that's not something I know about. Hope this provides some important clarification! :steamthumbsup:
