Can you please DM me on Steam (you can contact me via the Indie Stone server for Project Zomboid) and send me your server files for testing so that I can try to reproduce this error faster?
Coincidental timing. Mod still allows server to launch just fine in Singleplayer and Multiplayer. Last update did not break anything. Please contact me directly on Discord if you want further help figuring out why your server is having issues.
PS: As always, I tested this in MP alongside about 400 mods, so it's highly unlikely this is a conflict. Much more likely another mod you removed was the issue, or, alternatively, that something has gone wrong with your Zomboid installation and prevented your server from properly pulling this mod's update. Unsubbing, verifying files, and restarting PC before resubbing may get you sorted.
Update: I have been too sick to work on an update for this, but will get to it ASAP.
