Im gonna say no the cooke mogul. But dont fret because I just released the C56 (Japanese Mogul) and theres a 2nd Mogul on my To-Do List which will come out in the near future.

I was thinking if you can making the Manila Railroad Company's Steam Locomotives
List of Classes:
- Manila Class
- Dagupan Class
- 45 Class
- 70 Class
- 100 Class
- 201 Class
- 300 Class (there are two versions of the class)
- 800 Class

These are just a handful of locomotives that you can make. but if you would like pictures of these of the locomotives, just DM me in Discord (neptuniavictorythe2nd)
