This is due to the new update. We have to wait until creators update their mods to play this again.

Why isn't it appearing in the campaign menu for Halo 4?

Ah, so I'm not the only one having this bizarre problem, good, I thought I was going crazy.

Yesterdays update seems to have broken a number of mods...

Gotta wait for the author of the mod to update this

Well according to Steam itself, Ultimate Firefight Sandtrap was updated on Feb 15 @ 1:59am. And this mod was updated on Feb 15 @ 5:55am. So, you'd think we'd be able to see both mods in the Campaign menus but we don't. I can see Ultimate Firefight Sandtrap but not the Halo 4 Genesong Cut mod, which is odd since this was updated afterwards. So it feels like something else is not right.

The same issue also applies for SOI's Single Player Adventure V3. And yeah, all other mods that I have still show up just fine. But not SOI's mods.
