It would appear the effects of the bullet being fired are absent when clicking at fairly fast rate.

I tried to replicate this issue but I couldn't, you might have set a bit too low particle cap in the game's settings, I tested it with the cap of 600 on a rather big submarine and it worked fine. You could also try using Performance Fix to loosen some unnecessary particles from the game to free up space for new ones to be created if the cap is reached, as the bug you are experiencing is only related to particle effects it seems.
None of the ammo or explosives can be put in a vanilla bandolier.

HK 416 is missing a Flashlight slot. Would appreciate a fix!
noticed the ammo for the Johnson Rifle says "Custom 7.51mm bullet" instead of "Custom 7.57mm bullet" as the rifle says it uses.
