For deco? Yes it's possible. But you can kind of make these yourself with the lightning effect projector.

hey ravien thanks for quick reply! no i mean real!! would be awesome! maybe hard to pull off and i guess the range would have to be short so as not to be op , i can just imagine when getting a base attack and the zirax getting zapped as they aproach!
