It's a reference to Starbound, when in order to refuel your ship to travel to different star systems, you'd need to visit special "Moon" planets to harvest their Erchius resources, and if you collect any amount, an Erchius ghost will spawn and hunt you down to add challenge to collecting fuel for your ship, with higher amounts of Erchius collected resulting in the ghost becoming faster & more aggressive.

This system in THIS workshop item has conflicts where addons that give you max ammo will also give you max Erchius crystals, resulting in the ghost spawning immediately and hunting you down at MAXIMUM speed, killing you before you can even comprehend what happened...

if LemonCola3424 ever releases an update that allows you to specifically disable the ghost, i feel like this addon would be perfect as a result... but thats just my opinion...
