how to get the CEF thing required for certain more complex games?

the GmodCEFCodecFix isn't working and it hasn't been updated since 2024

I had to reinstall the codecfix and run it again which updated everything and now the Gamebox mod works thankfully (for me). Just run the reinstall and run the codecfix so that it can update stuff and be up to date

when i install and run gmodcefcodecfix it just says Error: Garry's Mod isn't Ready. Please make sure it's fully installed, up to date (check Steam > Downloads), and not corrupt (Steam > Garry's Mod > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity). but then when i follow the step's it still doesn't work
