My ideas for the stats:

-You loose 5 health every second (When Deployed)

-When thrown, targets start to take bleeding damage (except it will be radiation damage)

-Damage will only last for 6 seconds

-Damage is 25% weaker compared to normal bleeding

- if your in the splash zone, you recieve damage as well
