Should this be a weapon?
For me I think yes and if ever this will be a weapon this are my stats
+50% Speed on wearer
+50% Bullet Damage resistance
+10% damage resistance
+25% more secondary ammo
A primary wep (yes you can be fat scout because of this)
-50% health on wearer

so yeah what do you think

good idea, i would make these changes

[replaces the minigun]

+15% speed
+ 25% all damage resistance
+ 100% more 2nd slot amo, (so you can carry 2 sandwhiches)

- 15% punch speed
- 20% weapon switch speed
- no random crits
- 30% heal rate (takes medic longer to heal you and over heal)
