You need research level 3, and it costs 10 books.

Thanks, I made a Zombie Antidote, but how do I use it to remove the Zombie Infection Hat, shirt, belt etc...?
Tools are not working either to remove them.

The person infected needs to use the antidote, as if it was a tool.
It doesnt work if it is another person to do it

So, I came across a zombie that I can't hit, not as in my characters skill level is too low, it just doesn't register my hits at all like they're not even happening.

Sorry I don't fully understand how to use the antidote, what do I do to removes someones infection please give me step by step instructions pls.

The infected character has to be the one to use the antidote, and it works like a regular tool.
If I remember correctly (haven’t played Kenshi in a while):

1º - Select the infected character (must be under your control — you can't use the antidote on NPCs).

2º - Make sure they have an antidote in their inventory.

3º - Open the infection panel and click "use tools."

That should do it.
