It would be possible to generate new navmesh everytime map is spawned but people with lower end pc's would suffer the cost of generation and it would not be as good as tested n' handmade navmesh.

It could be a new map but i don't think ill port every room prefab that creator made because porting models from this game is in short..HELL.
