Talk to spamton he should give you the empty disk than go to Undertale PPG mod slam the Disk into Mettaton Neo's face also if you wanna know how to get neo for mettaton kill him than give the Disk back the Spamton and it should be unlocked

for some reason, the spamton dialogue when i give him the empty disk always glitches out when i press the transfer button. it always glitches out and stops the dialogue
