Hey, just wanted to let you know that if you take the Baking Techniques Research starter before completing the grandma research upgrades, the baking research will take priority, and the research time will ignore the 'persistent memory' prestige upgrade, making every research take 30 minutes long. Not sure if either was intended behavior.
