Regarding the first problem. The teleporter should be functional. How do you play the map? Are you playing for yourself, offline? If so, please try to unsubscribe and resub the map in the workshop. I only can imagine it has messed something up since the last update. Make sure to close your game for that.
Regarding the second thing you’ve mentioned: That’s actually intended. The first stage was different before release and after an overhaul I’ve kept it this way. Maybe I should consider changing that for the next update.
